Embracing Changes Together

 

Change. Shift. Adjust.

 

These words are certainly not strangers this year. Educators around the world have been reimagining ways of reaching our students across screens and six feet dividers. It’s been hard, but we’ve learned and continued to love our students.

 

Now, as we see more and more hope and healing, we have a choice. We can attempt to go back to the way things were, or we can continue to embrace change and see brand new possibilities ahead. Stepping forward, let’s embrace this opportunity we have as coaches to coach into more equitable and democratic schooling. Let’s find new ways to collaborate with teachers and learners to amplify their voices. We are inviting you to imagine the possibilities with us and with each other.
